SNACKS N' TRACKS

CLIENT PROFILE

Ben and Chris Silverman are two brothers looking for a space to convert into a quick and easy stop for snacks and bike rentals in the Ferry Building along the port of San Francisco. The planned establishment will be titled “Snack N’ Tracks.” The Silvermans are in their late twenties and want the establishment to reflect the energetic and lively atmosphere of the Ferry Building. In general, the Silvermans would like the space to possess an ambience that is warm and inviting, where patrons can relax and quickly get around. Our clients have stressed the importance of having enough space for the bike rental, a place to sell food and drinks, a space for their patrons to sit and relax, and to use as much of the small space as they can.

Stylistically, Ben and Chris are leaning towards an industrial look with plenty of natural light. They desire bar seating, along with a loveseat sofa, and two ottomans positioned around one conversational grouping.  To achieve these desires, we plan to use a mixture of materials such as: concrete, wood, brick, and metal. To create an relaxing aesthetic we plan to use a color scheme that uses blues and greens.
